My name is Anavictoria, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I am passionate and committed to providing high quality care in helping children learn, communicate, and grow.

I decided to become a Registered Behavior Technician because growing up in a multigenerational household and caring for my aunt, who has cerebral palsy, shaped my understanding of patience, empathy, and respectful support for individuals with special needs. Living alongside her taught me the importance of balancing care with empowerment, encouraging independence while honoring individual preferences and dignity. These experiences helped me develop strong communication
skills, emotional awareness, and the ability to support others through understanding rather than fear or punishment. I am passionate about using these strengths to help children feel heard, supported, and empowered while working collaboratively with their families and my BCBA.
