Our Tailored Programs for Every Need
At Mestre Behavior, we offer a range of individualized programs designed to meet the unique needs of each child. Whether it’s our Little Learners program for early intervention, after-school support for language and social skills, or home-based therapy for functional living skills, we create a plan that fits each child’s specific needs. We also provide school-based services, parent support, and behavior assessments to ensure a holistic approach to every child’s development.


Little Learners Program
EIBI (Early Intense Behavioral Intervention) program
- Program Age range: 18 months to 5 years of age (preschool age)
- Hours: Children attend 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day
- Ratio: 1:1 child to RBT
- Program Details:
- Each child has their own ABA programming tailored individually to their skill deficits
- Behavior management goals
- Acquisition of communication and social skills
- Acquisition of functional living skills (e.g. toileting, dressing, grooming)
- Acquisition of school readiness skills
- Children are grouped for social activities – circle time, snack time, cooperative play, turn taking, group activities (e.g. arts and crafts), lunch
- Schedule:
- Drop off
- Morning social activities
- Snack
- Individualized programming and social skills
- Lunch
- Dismissal


Full Day Program
- Program Age range: 18 months – 12 years of age
- Hours: varied dependent upon client need; 30-40 hours per week
- Ratio: 1:1 child to RBT
- Program Details:
- Similar to Little Learners programming with a more intense therapy frequency
- Child is incorporated into little learners activities if age appropriate
- Each child has their own ABA programming tailored individually to their skill deficits
- Behavior management goals
- Acquisition of communication and social skills
- Acquisition of functional living skills (e.g. toileting, dressing, grooming)
- Acquisition of school readiness skills
- Children are grouped for social activities – circle time, snack time, cooperative play, turn taking, group activities (e.g. arts and crafts), lunch
- Schedule:
- Varies depending on family needs and logistics


After School Center Program
- Program Age range: 18 months – 12 years of age
- Hours: varied dependent upon client need and logistics
- Ratio: 1:1 child to RBT
- Program Details:
- Each child has their own ABA programming tailored individually to their skill deficits
- Behavior management goals
- Acquisition of communication and social skills
- Acquisition of functional living skills (e.g. toileting, dressing, grooming)
- Acquisition of school readiness skills
- Homework compliance and completion
- Peer/Social activities – cooperative play, turn taking, group activities (e.g. arts and crafts)
- Schedule:
- Varies depending on family needs and logistics


Home Based Therapy Program
- Program Age range: 18 months – no max
- Hours: varied dependent upon client need and logistics; offered in the AM, PM and for full day options
- Ratio: 1:1 child to RBT
- Program Details:
- Each child has their own ABA programming tailored individually to their skill deficits
- Behavior management goals
- Acquisition of communication and social skills
- Acquisition of functional living skills (e.g. toileting, dressing, grooming)
- Acquisition of school readiness skills
- Homework compliance and completion
- Community outings
- Caregiver training
- Schedule:
- Varies depending on client and family needs


School Therapy Program
- Program Age range: 18 months – 12 years of age
- Hours: varied dependent upon client need and logistics; offered in the AM, PM and for full day options
- Ratio: 1:1 child to RBT
- Program Details:
- RBT will facilitate the learning process and manage behaviors
- Each child has their own ABA programming tailored individually to their skill deficits and behavior goals
- Acquisition of communication and social skills
- Acquisition of functional living skills – as applicable in the school environment
- Acquisition of school readiness skills
- Field trip and special event support
- Teacher training
- Peer/Social activities – cooperative play, turn taking, group activities – as applicable in the school environment
- Schedule:
- Varies depending on client needs and school schedule

Parent Support
- Caregiver training as needed in our center, homes, school, community
- Assistance with IEP goals and collaboration with school staff and administration
- Training for extracurricular activity staff, coaches and other therapists
- We offer assistance with challenging healthcare processes (e.g. dentist visits, doctor visits, compliance with medical testing)

Behavior Assessments and Coaching
- Offered to parents who need help with problem behaviors in the home, at school or in the community
- Observations are conducted and a functional behavior assessment is completed
- Training and coaching is then provided for parents, family members, teachers, etc.
